What do I need to start a project?
Send us the files, and our team will evaluate your project and guide you in how we proceed when we begin the work. If we need more details, our project manager will contact you to discuss.
How much do your services cost?
You can find the prices from our price list, or send us your request to get a detailed quote.
What files do I need to send to start a project?
We will need your drawings, 3D models, and references. Usually we work with the following formats of files: for plans and drawings – CAD format, pdf, or any other vector format; for ready 3D models – stl, 3ds, max, obj.
How many revision rounds are included in the project?
You have three rounds of edits within the project without extra payment.
Who possesses the final 3D renderings?
You have full and exclusive ownership of all 3D visuals created for your projects. If you require an additional scene or 3D model, please inform us in advance.
Can I pay after I get the results?
We initiate the project upon receipt of the prepayment. You have the option to make an additional advance payment or pay 50% of the total project cost and settle the remaining balance upon project completion
What is your turnaround time?
On average, we require 2-3 business days for interior visualizations and up to 10 business days for exterior visualizations. To provide you with more precise project details, please contact our manager, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I get a discount?
We negotiate discounts individually with regular clients after they've completed two projects.
What if I have an urgent project?
Contact us, and our specialists will assist you in promptly completing your project, providing information on timing and rendering hours.
